This internal halyard flagpole cleat is designed for mounting inside your internal halyard style flagpole and is an anchoring location for your roped halyard. This is designed for all internal halyard flagpoles up to 35'. The cam cleat is sold separately however is offered with an aluminum spacer backer plate which can be purchased here.
