This internal halyard flagpole cleat set is designed for mounting inside your internal halyard style flagpole and is an anchoring location for your roped halyard. This is designed for all internal halyard flagpoles up to 35'. The cam cleat is fastened to an aluminum spacer backer plate and includes Phillips head SS mounting screws.
